A bespoke partnership for motivated, committed and aspirational athletes
The Premium plan forms the core part of Bex Milnes Coaching. The plan is bespoke and built around ‘you’ the athlete. I am able to support athletes across the world using a variety of online platforms.

This plan is designed to support anyone who is motivated, committed and aspirational in what they want to achieve. We will work together in a way that suits your lifestyle demands and shape a plan that works towards your aspirations in the sport. Ability, age, gender, background pose no barrier and I aspire to work with a diverse athlete group.
At present I work with a number of highly motivated individuals that include
Professional Ironman and 70.3 athletes
Age group athletes working towards championship Ironman and 70.3 performances
Age group athletes working towards maximising their physical potential in the sport
Loud and proud back of the pack athletes who aim to get real value of money in their racing experiences
As long as you possess the key ingredients of motivation, commitment and aspiration together we can work through anything. My experience and knowledge of endurance sport allows me to understand the critical components of success, whether that be competing your first 70.3 or standing on the top spot at a world championships.

If you decide this is something you want to commit to, we will agree on a start date. From there I will complete the following set up process:-
Review your previous training history with the aim of better understanding you as an individual, spot trends of how you tend to respond to training stimulus, training load and build up into specific performances.
Share a long term plan that aligns with your goals for the year ahead and tackles how to balance other life commitments if needed.

Set up fee of £200 payable upon agreement of working together
Once the set up process is complete the final part is to begin the coaching! For this I will provide the following:-
The granular detail of the first training block aligned with the long term plan. Ensuring there is common understanding across block aims, training language, intensity distribution etc.
Once started feedback and communication will be provided within training peaks and WhatsApp. Training will be reviewed on a daily basis with training planned at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
From there I will provide:
Training plan and training analysis
Race plans and race analysis
Equipment advice
Unlimited contact
Race nutrition strategy

For the fully individualised plan its a £200 set up fee and £275pcm thereafter

In the event your circumstance changes or you simply realise this isn’t quite what you need there is a ‘free to leave at any time’ policy.
