I'll provide tailored guidence while you call the shots. The semi individualised plan is an affordable option for athletes that can manage their day-to-day but want to want to take it to the next level.

  • This plan would be suited to an athlete who already has a good understanding of self and the sport and is willing to take a bit of autonomy over what they do and work in partnership together. It’s suited to someone who is happy to make daily decisions for themselves and doesn’t require much day to day coaching input. The plan is specifically tailored around you and your individual life circumstance

    This package aims to offer a more affordable option to triathlon coaching and allow for expert guidance and advice to shape the detail of what you’re doing.

  • Complete the form below sharing some key information about yourself. Occasionally I may not be in a position to take new athletes on as I limit the number of athletes I work with to ensure quality in what I deliver. In this case I can either add you to a wait list or explore how perhaps my training plans could suit.

    Once we agree working together you will be asked to complete a lifestyle questionnaire where you will need to detail your training availability for the next 2 months. In addition to this you will also need to link your training peaks account to Bex Milnes Coaching.

    From there an 8 week training plan will be populated into your training peaks account from the agreed start date.

    As you come to the final week of the plan you will be asked to complete an lifestyle update questionnaire. Completion of this will enable a more bespoke training plan to be scheduled alongside other life commitments. You also then have the option to schedule a 45min phone call to review the previous training block and look ahead to whats next

  • For a semi individualised plan the cost is £200 PCM

  • In the event your circumstance changes or you simply realise this isn’t quite what you need there is a months notice required and there after the program would end.
